2. Scope of Services
Lifted Marketing provides digital marketing and content management services including, but not limited to:

We may modify or discontinue any Services without notice.
Lifted Marketing does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, leads, or engagement levels.
3. Fees and Payments

All Services are billed yearly, on a monthly subscription basis, payable in advance.

Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of Services.

Lifted Marketing is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the Client.

All designs, reports, and templates created by Lifted Marketing remain our property until payment is received in full.

Once payment is made, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your business marketing purposes only.

You may not resell or distribute our materials to third parties without written consent.

Lifted Marketing reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work examples (e.g. social posts) in our portfolio or marketing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained during the working relationship, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifted Marketing, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our Services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for Services in the month in which the claim arises.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifted Marketing, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
